RETURNS POLICY (BUYING FROM OUR WEBSITE)

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

 

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

We like to think of ourselves as a trustworthy lot and we take your privacy seriously. We promise to never share or sell your personal information.

You can explore the Stubborn Rhino website without giving us any of your personal details. However, if you decide to buy some of our merchandise or any products from our web shop, enter a competition or sign up to our newsletter, then you will need to provide some personal details.

When you buy something from our web shop your payment will be handled by Xero, so we will not be able to see the full details of how you have chosen to make your payment. We will have access to your name, address and email address so that we can send you the products that you have bought, or get in touch if we require further information from you.

 

Our email newsletter is a great way for us to share with you all of the exciting stories, events, competitions and general coffee related things that happen at Stubborn Rhino events and in the wider coffee world. SHIPPING TERMS
All of our web shop orders are shipped daily, so they should be with you within 2-4 business days..

 

To make life nice and easy, we’ve included the shipping costs in the price of our merchandise and/or products.
