When you purchase products from us we collect your name, billing and shipping address, email address & phone number. We also collect transaction data - such as paypal or credit card which is fully encrypted. We use Stripe and Paypal to process our webshop payments. We collect and store information about your order history with us so that we can help resolve customer support queries if you contact us about your order, and to help us provide loyalty rewards to customers who regularly shop with us. Our legal basis for this is Legitimate Interests.

When you sign up to our mailing list we collect your name and email address. We also collect information about how you interact with your email, so we can improve our user experience. If you unsubscribe for our email, we store your details on a suppression list which ensures you do not receive emails from us again. Our legal basis for this is consent.

When you are browsing our site, we collect anonymous user information about the sites you have come from and how you use the site. This helps us improve the usability of our website and understand the effectiveness of our marketing and advertising channels. The legal basis for this is consent.

Other services we use
When you purchase a product from our site, we share your data with our payment provider, Xero, Stripe, and e-commerce provider, WooCommerce. We use Typeform and Survey Monkey to create surveys and feedback forms. These services will collect your response data.

We use Campaign Monitor to build our emails and manage our email lists. As part of this the information you provide when you sign up to our mailing list is shared with this system. We also share information on purchase history so we can manage our loyalty programme.

HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA
For users that register on our website, we store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

WHAT RIGHTS YOU HAVE OVER YOUR DATA

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
